Investment in a leading food manufacturer, development through corporate governance and sale of the company to a strategic buyer (2005-2007). Horizon Capital was awarded by Unquote Private Equity for the best transaction of the year in Central and Eastern Europe. 2008 CIS Deal of The Year, Central & Eastern Europe Unquote Private Equity Award.
