President of Iskander Energy Corporation. For more than 25 years he worked in the field of corporate and international finance at TD Bank (Toronto Dominion Bank). From 1995 to 1999 he headed the EBRD Office in Ukraine. In different years he was an adviser to the Prime Minister of Ukraine. He was adviser in the framework of technical assistance projects of the Government of Canada. He has an MBA from the University of Colombia.
