2016 – January 2022 – Independent Association of Banks of Ukraine, Kyiv, Ukraine, Head of the Taxation and Accounting Committee (Initiated and led the review of the portfolio of draft laws in the field of taxation and accounting, which were subsequently integrated into Ukrainian legislation, policies and regulations of the NBU and the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market. Reviewed, contributed and provided comments; participated in discussions on new initiatives related to issues such as bank taxation, stress testing, debt collection, etc.)

2009-2021 – Alfa-Bank, Kyiv, Ukraine, Chairman of the Management Board (Managed the mergers and acquisitions of Ukrsotsbank and Bank of Cyprus, which facilitated inorganic growth and allowed the bank to become the #2 largest private bank in Ukraine with assets of over USD 4 billion and about 6500 employees. She chaired the bank's Credit Committee, ALCO, Budget, Tenders, Financial Monitoring and Compliance, and Project Management Committees. She maintained fruitful cooperation with the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) and other government agencies, which ensured the harmonisation of legislative norms with the changes and integration into the bank's automated business process. She led the bank during financial crises and turbulence, ensuring the achievement of strategic goals. In 2016-2021, she managed the collection of more than USD 200 million bad debts. She managed consolidating offices and relocating the bank's headquarters to the Toronto Business Center in Kyiv.
